Booking Your Five Star Stay... the simple, four-step way

2. Registration.
We’ll arrange a friendly video chat from your own home, during which you can tell us all about your dog's likes and dislikes, walking, feeding and sleeping routine so that we can the tailor our perfect Five Stay Stay, all centred around their individual needs. It’s also during this unhurried and relaxed video chat that you can ask any questions that you have as we complete your FREE registration together. You only need to do this once. From then on, subsequent Five Star Stays are even quicker and easier to book.
3. Selection.
This is where we really get to work. We analyse your needs, and then carefully match you up with the perfect holiday home for your dog to stay in. Then we arrange a time for you to pop round with your dog to visit your dog's holiday home and meet the friendly, dedicated host that will be looking after them.
4. Transportation.
Once you have met, you can relax, as we take great care of everything else for you and arrive at your door at the appointed time to chauffeur your dog to his or her stay.
